This concept is an evolution of the well-known Sour Sally brand, which is recognized as a frozen yogurt shop. Sour Sally Green presents itself as The New Wave Dessert House, offering a variety of food and beverages, particularly innovative, delicious, and healthier desserts. CEO of Sour Sally Group, Donny Pramono, stated that Sour Sally Green is different from the regular Sour Sally. He noted that the venue is larger and customers can enjoy various foods, especially desserts that are not only innovative and delicious but also healthier. "We want to introduce a new lifestyle where dessert houses can be enjoyed while taking in the view. On weekends during sunset, there will be live busking music, similar to what you see abroad, creating a more relaxed and casual atmosphere," Donny said at the opening of Sour Sally Green in Senayan Park on Thursday (July 25, 2024). During the grand opening period from July 25 to August 18, 2024, Sour Sally Green is offering a 20% discount on all grab-and-go products such as Cold-Yo (frozen yogurt 2.0), yogurt Macchiato with frappe, tea, and coffee bases, Yogucai (acai with yogurt), and FrosSant (frozen yogurt with croissant). "One of the signature menus at Sour Sally Green is Yo-Kigori, a Japanese shaved ice combined with yogurt ice cream, yogurt foam, and various toppings. Additionally, there's NaGoYo, yogurt fried rice that went viral on social media during the three-week soft opening," Donny added. Furthermore, on Grand Opening day, Sour Sally Green offered a special promotion for the first 10 customers to make a purchase, who received a Free Meal Voucher for one year, and vouchers worth Rp 100,000 for the next 100 customers. This promotion was enthusiastically received by the public, as evidenced by the long queue that formed before the outlet opened.
